Please note that you are allowed one free change to your nickname per year.

Follow the provided instructions, and your account will be permanently deleted.

How do I edit my profile information?

Poly Connection has certain guidelines in place regarding uploaded photos and videos to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all members. The following types of content are not allowed:
- Photos or videos containing children under 18 years old.

How do I create a new group?
Members do not have access to create their own groups on Poly Connection.
However, if you currently run another group on a different platform, such as Facebook, and you want to migrate to Poly Connection, we are happy to create the group for you and give you admin access.
Simply contact us via the “Request Support” system or email info@polyconnection.net with the details of your group, and we’ll assist you in creating it on Poly Connection.
How can I join an existing group?
To join an existing group on Poly Connection, browse the Groups section or use the search function to find the group you’re interested in.
You can join any of the Official Groups as long as you meet the requirements for that group, such as location.
Unofficial Groups, created and moderated by other members, may have different requirements to meet.
How do I leave a group?
If you wish to leave a group on Poly Connection, go to the group page and locate the “Leave Group” button. Click on it, and you will be prompted to confirm your decision.
Once you leave a group, you will no longer receive notifications or have access to its content. However, you can rejoin the group at any time if you change your mind.
Connecting and Interacting
How do I send a private message to another member?
In order to send a private message to another member on Poly Connection, you first need to establish a connection with them. Members can send a Connection Request to other members by visiting their profile and clicking on the “Connect” button.
If your connection request is accepted, you will receive a notification and email confirmation.
Once connected, you can start sending unlimited private messages to each other.
Can I block or report a user?
Yes, you have the option to block or report a user on Poly Connection.
If you encounter a user who is behaving inappropriately or violating our community guidelines, go to their profile page and locate the “Block” or “Report” button.
Blocking a user will prevent them from contacting you, and reporting a user will notify our moderation team to review their behavior and take appropriate action.
Searching and Filtering Members
How can I find other members on Poly Connection?
You can browse all of the members of Poly Connection by visiting the Browse Members page.
This page provides a comprehensive list of all members in the community, allowing you to explore and connect with others.
How can I filter my search results on Poly Connection?
On the Browse Members page, you’ll find an Advanced Filters tab at the top. Here, you can enter specific information found on a member’s profile.
If a member has provided that particular information, the filter will only display members who match the specified criteria.
This filter is persistent and will remain active until cleared.
Can I search for members by age and/or location?
Yes, you can use the Quick Member Search feature on the Dashboard and Browse Members pages to search for members within a certain age range or within a specific distance from a particular suburb.
The suburb field will provide auto-populated options as you type, making it easier to select the desired location.
